Immortal love

Immortal love

A Poem by Milena Grubor

It was never harder than then laying on your cold empty bed,
Holding your pictures in my hand,
while your last words are running through my head,
the words you have said when you slipped out of my hands and died out there
It was never harder than then standing beside your grave
and those candles without a flame
with cold wind in my face,
you were taken, you left no trace

With you the part of him have died,
a years without you were torment for his heart,
and when a last breath left his lungs he smiled,
cause he knew, soon he'll be by your side

Their love could have never die
cause between them, there were never lies,
their love is immortal
Even if they are not,
I hope they'll meet each other on the other side

With a smile they healed every broken heart,
With a smile they turned it all around,
went through hell, for their sins to pay?
But now they have finally find their way

I love you and I always will,
My heart wanted you to live,
I wasn't ready,
One day I'll see you if he lets me,

And when I die I'll be on my way to rest by your side,
On my way to eternal life,
Save me a place angel of mine,
And we will be united among the stars
