![]() A Jinchuriki's Tears- Ch.22A Chapter by Number 125![]() Almost...There!!! O.o Hahaha. And then I can start on my new book...Sorry for the people who want to read Saving Trekka. I'm really trying to get everything done! It's wearing me down though! Haha! :D![]() Chapter 22 “Jeeze. Why are you always on my back?” I hissed. “Cuz it’s comfortable.” Yuki replied. “Why did you have to leave so early anyways? It’s freezing!” He complained. I sighed. “Because I’m going to train with my friend and we wanted to get started early.” “Wow! I’m going to see 2 ninja’s train!?! This is sooo cool!!” He said excitedly. “Yeah, apparently. Since you jumped on my back when I tried to leave.” I said angrily. I walked down the frosted path to the training field, Yuki shivering into my back slightly. I sighed. “A ninja has to be prepared to face any kind of weather in any kind of situation. This’ll be great training for you to.” I said slowly. He perked up slightly. “Really??” I nodded. “Right! Then I won’t shiver anymore! I won’t give in!” He said confidently. I laughed. He reminds me of Naruto sometimes. “Oh, Misaki. You’re here.” I turned. “Yeah, sorry I’m kinda late. I had a small set back.” I said. Hinata walked out of the trees and onto the field. “Who’s that?” She asked pointing to Yuki. “This is Toshiyuki. I saved him a few days back and he wanted to come watch us train. That ok with you?” I asked. She nodded. “T-that’s fine.” She murmured. Hmmm....Her personality is flickering....Strange....What do you mean flickering? One minute she’s strong willed, the next she’s back to normal...It’s strange...I thought. “Alright. Off, Yuki.” I said shaking him off. I straightened up and looked at Hinata, “Are you ready?” I asked. She bit her lip and nodded fearfully. I laughed. “Give it everything you’ve got. Ok? Don’t you dare go easy on me.” I said taking a stance. She nodded again and took her stance, her hands trembling slightly. I took a deep breath. “Yuki, move back.” I said. He looked at me and ran behind the trees. I smiled and smirked at Hinata, “Your move.” I said slyly. She put a fierce look on her face and charged at me, her hand outstretched towards my face. I grabbed her wrist and diverted her attack, hitting her in the shoulder and sending her stumbling backwards. She charged again. I dodged left and jumped in the air, swinging my leg back down in an axe kick. She yelped and jumped backward. My heel slammed into the earth. “Don’t hesitate before attacking your opponent!” I yelled as she ran at me again. She spun around and flashed towards me, I dodged her attack by a mere centimeter. I could feel the chakra radiating off her hand. I smiled and brought my hand up, hitting her straight in the jaw and sending her flying backwards. “Make your moves straight and accurate and never ever, give your opponent a opening.” I instructed as she got up shakily. She wiped her mouth and charged at me again, her palm heading straight for my heart. I flung out my arm, aiming to stop her, but she wasn’t there. She flashed behind me and aimed a hit straight at my kidney. I cursed and flipped backwards, thrusting my hand out as her fingers flew towards my body. I felt her fingers collide with my palm and cursed again, swinging out my leg in a kick aimed at her knee. She saw me coming and jumped back to where I couldn’t hit her. She panted a little bit as I lifted up my hand and looked at it. There was no physical mark on my palm but I knew that she did something internally. I looked at her. “Gentle Fist? I’m surprised. Good job. Now I can’t circulate chakra in this hand right?” I said in an amused tone. I let my arm drop and ran towards her, my right hand outstretched. She hit the side of my arm and hit me in the shoulder. I spun around and swung out my left hand, nailing her right in the stomach. She slid back a little but charged towards me again, dropping low and swinging out her leg, hitting my knees and bringing me down. I righted myself in mid air and flipped on my hands, spinning around and kicking her in the face. She yelped again and flew back, skidding to a stop on her back. I stood up and breathed, my shoulder was limp and stinging. I moved my shoulder a little bit and winced. She’s rendered my entire left arm useless. I can’t fight with it...This is getting interesting...I thought playfully. “Your strong, Hinata. Strong enough to live. Not to mention you have 2 strong guys on your team with you. You’ll be fine. There’s nothing more for me to-” “No! Once again! Please!” She begged as she stood up, panting. I looked at her. “Fine. But I won’t go easy on you this time.” I said charging towards her. I aimed a kick at her face but she blocked it with her right forearm. She grabbed my ankle with one hand and slammed me into the ground. I winced slightly and looked up, she was coming towards me, hand outstretched. I rolled left and jumped up, kicking her hard in the spine and jumping in the air as she swirled around. I pulled 3 kunai out of my pocket and threw them all towards her. She dodged and jumped after me, her palm heading towards my chest. I grabbed her wrist and threw her into the ground. I was going to aim a kick at her stomach when I stopped. I flashed sideways and stood up, “That’s enough. No more. If we continue you won’t be healed before the exams tomorrow.” I said blankly. She struggled to get up but failed, landing on her back and staring at the sky. “No...I’m not- not- done...Yet” She panted. I walked over to her and looked down on her, “Yes you are. But I have to admit. You did surprise me, hitting my shoulder like that...Impressive...You will survive. And when you do, I expect you to get stronger. And when you get stronger, I want a rematch, next time I won’t hold back though.” I said. “I..Wasn’t...Able...To...Beat you...” She said miserably. I laughed. “You thought you could beat me? I’m stronger than Sasuke by a mile and you thought you could beat me? Actually...You can probably beat most girl ninja at your level...Meaning Sakura and Ino...Their easy targets...You may even be able to beat Naruto...Who knows.” I said lazily. She was quiet. “Are you okay?” I asked. She nodded and stood up, wiping the dust off her shirt, her back to me. “I will get stronger. And I will win that rematch, you’ll see. Don’t count me out yet.” She proclaimed. I looked at her and smiled. “I’m looking forward to it.” I chuckled. She nodded and walked away slowly. I watched her until she disappeared into the trees. I sighed and fell on my back, putting my arms behind my head and staring at the clouds. It was about 10 in the morning now so it was gradually getting warmer. I heard Yuki flop next to me and I turned to him. “What’d ya think?” I asked casually. “That was amazing!! The way you guys were so focused and how you executed every move perfectly! And she was great to! How she predicted your movements and took everything you through at her!” He babbled excitedly. I listened to him ramble on and on about how much he wanted to be a ninja and how he wanted to try fighting me when he got stronger. I smiled and watched the sun rise higher and higher in the sky until it was at it’s peak. Then I yawned and stretched, standing up and cracking my back. “Come on, let’s go grab you something to eat.” I yawned. He sat up slightly. “I never said I was hungry...” He trailed. I laughed. “Oh please, I can hear your stomach growling. Man...You need to eat 3 times a day don’t you? How troublesome.” I said rubbing my neck and holding out my hand. “Come on.” I said picking him up and throwing him in the air. He flipped awkwardly and landed on my shoulders, the air whooshing out of him loudly. I sighed. “Not exactly the best landing but it’ll do...When I’m out of these stupid exams I’ll teach you the basics at least.” I said dropping him down so he was on my back. He latched him arms around my neck and stuck his tongue out at me. “That wasn’t very nice!! I thought I was gonna die!!” He whined. I laughed. “Oh shut up. I didn’t even throw you that high.” I chuckled.
He made a ‘Hmph!’ sound and relaxed. “So you’re really gone teach me how to fight?” He asked excitedly. I looked back at him, “Hey, I never said that. I said I’d teach you the basics. I never said anything about teaching you how to fight. Don’t just jump to conclusions.” I said sternly. He laughed. “That basically means your gonna teach me how to fight. I can’t wait!! What are we gonna start with?! Oh, but...I have to wait for the exams to end don’t I?” He said hurriedly. He began to babble at top speed about how much he believed in me surviving the exams and what moves he wanted to start learning first. I sighed and turned right down the road towards the Ichiraku Ramen Shop. It wasn’t until we reached the front of the store that I realized we were being followed. I sighed again and sat Yuki down in a chair, buying him a huge bowl of ramen. He looked at me questioningly. “You’re not going to eat- Wait...What’s wrong?” He asked puzzled. I laughed. “Just sit here and watch. You’re about to see what happens when my idiot friend decides to stalk me.” I laughed. I walked a few feet away from the store and looked up at the afternoon sky, taking it all in and closing my eyes. I took a few deep breaths and posed my right hand by my side anxiously. I felt his chakra wave tremble as he realized I knew where he was. I took another deep breath and waited for him to make the first move. His chakra blurred and appeared to my right. I whipped out 5 shuriken and hurled them straight at him His chakra blurred again, appearing right in front of me. I jumped sideways and smiled to myself, my arm lunging out and grabbing him right around the throat. He clutched my wrist frantically as I tightened my grip. I smiled wider and opened my eyes. “You’re an idiot, Sasuke.” I said amusingly. He glared at me and tried to speak. I squeezed his throat again and he choked coughing as he tried to breath. “Did you notice how I did all of that, with my eyes closed? Funny. You’re an Uchiha and yet...I caught you in 2 moves. How pitiful. You’ll never achieve your goal like this. You need more power.” I hissed, dropping him on the floor roughly and walking back towards Yuki. Yuki, the Ramen Man and his daughter were watching me, wide eyed, open mouthed. I walked over to Yuki and pointed to his Ramen. “Eat.” I said, turning to the Ramen Guy. “Please forgive me sir, it seems I may have gone a little overboard. I’m sorry for causing you trouble.” I said giving a small bow. He stumbled backward a little and glanced at his daughter. “No..No problem...That was actually pretty cool...” He mumbled. His daughter nodded and glanced behind me. “Is he going to be ok?” She asked nervously. I looked at Sasuke, he was getting up, rubbing his throat and taking deep, shaky breaths. I turned back to her. “Don’t mind him, he’s just an idiot.” I laughed. “You...D-didn’t have to c-choke me.” Sasuke gagged from behind me. “Yes I did. You were being a creeper, you’ve been following me and Yuki all day. From the moment I walked out of my apartment I knew you were there...It’s quite sad. You could’ve just come out from your stalker shadows and had some ramen with me and Yuki but no...You wanted to attack me...Now tell me, is that something a friend would do?” I asked, smiling at him evilly. He stood up shakily and glared at me. “You’re a huge jerk you know that?” He hissed. I shrugged. “That’s just who I am.” I said casually. He wiped his mouth and turned to Yuki. “Who’s the kid?” He panted. I almost stood up, he’s almost unreadable...His expression, what’s he planning???? “He’s my friend. I saved him a few days back, I’m sure you remember.” I said coldly. He blinked and glared at Yuki with the same look that Kiba gave him. “He’s the one who-” I stood up and grabbed Yuki, putting him on my back. “Are you finished eating?” I asked. Yuki nodded and clasped his arms around my neck. I turned to the stall and threw some money at the guy. “Keep the change.” I called as I walked away. I could feel Sasuke staring daggers at Yuki as I walked away. I gripped Yuki tighter and pressed him closer to me, sweat beading on my forehead. Something’s wrong with Sasuke... “He doesn’t like me...Just like the other one...” Yuki trailed. I closed my eyes for a minute before replying. “Their both idiots. That ones just a little crazy...His futures terrible to...He’s got one hell of a life to look forward to.” I growled. “He’s coming.” Yuki said. “I know. I need to get you out of here.” I said hurriedly as I began to run down the alleyways. “Is he going to hurt me like the other one wants to?” Yuki asked nervously. “He might just be that crazy. There’s no telling what that one will do. But listen here. After I beat some sense into him he’ll get it.” I said angrily as I sprinted towards my house. I felt Sasuke’s chakra blur behind me and gasped. I flashed out of there and towards the apartment at full speed, Sasuke right on my heels. © 2011 Number 125Author's Note
