Chapter 2

“Will you ever give me a break, Misaki?” The Hokage sighed.

“Probably not,” I shrugged.

He sighed again and put his face in his hands. “Iruka tells me he walked in and saw you trying to use a lightning style jutsu on Sasuke Uchiha...Do you have any idea how bad that would’ve turned out?”

I shrugged, “It was a standard jutsu, he would’ve just gotten shocked, it wouldn’t have killed him.”

“It’s more than that, Misaki! Using an advanced jutsu like that in front of everyone! You were putting yourself at risk to! Now, I realize that your very advanced when it comes to combat, your taijutsu alone is astonishing and your ninjustsu and genjutsu are incredible. But you are not to use any jutsu that cause harm to other people, do you understand?” He explained slowly.

“Advanced? Is that what you call it? I know every jutsu in the entire world! Do you know how many that is? Hundreds of thousands! All crammed into my brain! All wanting to be used at once! Do you know what it’s like to have so much information in your head? Pounding against your skull? I can hardly live with the headaches I get! I constantly have headaches and migraines from all the information and Ryuu doesn’t help at all!” I hissed.

The Hokage was quiet. “I understand how you’re feeling right now. You’re different form everybody and you know that, I know that, everyone knows that. Even one of your own, another Jinchuriki can sense your different somehow...” He stopped and rubbed his forehead, “Here’s what I’m going to do, I’m going to prescribe the strongest form of pain killers we have here in the Leaf, you can pick them up after class, understood?”

“And that’s not the only thing either!! Not only do I know every jutsu I know how basically everyones life is going to turn out!! You could call it a...New found ability or a gift from Ryuu...Hahaha!! He gave me a new power you see, he gave me the power of knowing not just every jutsu but every piece of information in this world, I know what will happened, what has happened and what’s happening right now. All I have to do is focus on the information I want to dig out of my skull and it plays in my mind!! You could call me a...Fortune teller or something!! Hahaha!!!” I screamed crazily

“ENOUGH!!!” He roared. “Enough! I don’t want to here anymore! You will get your medicine and take it everyday!! Do you hear me??? You are not to use your ability until I research into it! This could unravel your very mind if you tamper with it so leave it alone! Changing fate is not the answer. You will keep this a secret do you hear me?” He growled.

I scowled at him and nodded.

“Good,” He bent over his desk and scribbled something on a piece of paper. “Now go back to class and give this to Iruka, and if I hear about another incident like this I will need to punish you severely understand?” He growled.

“Fine, I understand,” I sighed.

“Alright, now I believe that your class is being assigned squads today right?” He asked leaning back in his chair.

I nodded.

“Great, if you hurry back now you’ll hear what squad you’re in. Now go.” He said lazily.

I nodded again and walked out of his office.

Shoving my hands in my pockets I began to walk back to the Academy. Great, squads, this’ll be fun, I thought sarcastically. Alright, what did I miss? Ryuu yawned. Oh, nothing really, I just got in trouble for attacking the Uchiha and got a heavy drug assigned to me. Oh yeah, and I’m going to be on a squad to. I said bitterly. Cool, seems like you had an eventful morning. He said lazily. Oh shut up, I said, opening the door to the academy.

I walked down the deserted hallway slowly and stopped before opening the door to the classroom. I scratched my head and walked in. Everyone was still out of their seats talking while Iruka-Sensei sat at his desk looking over some papers. Nobody seemed to notice me as I walked up to Iruka-Sensei’s desk and dropped the paper in front of him. He glanced at me and read the paper slowly.

“Alright then, take your seat, Misaki.” He said.

I nodded and walked over to the seat next to Sasuke, he glared at me furiously as I sat down but I ignored him. He opened his mouth to say something when Iruka-Sensei interrupted him, “Ok class, take your seats. Now I will begin assigning squads. This year we have an uneven class meaning there will be one squad with four people.” He explained.

“That’s so unfair!! One squad will be stronger than all the other squads!” Kiba yelled angrily.

“Trust me, when you see which squad it is and whose in it, you’ll think it’s fair.” He laughed.

Kiba blinked in confusion.

“Anyways, listen for your name and squad number!” He yelled.

Everyone was quiet.

“Ok first up is Team 8 which will be instructed by Kurenai Yuuhi, it will consist of Hinata Hyuuga, Kiba Inuzuka, and Shino Aburame. Next is Team 10 which will be instructed by Asuma Sarutobi and will consist of Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Chouji Akimichi. And lastly is team 7 which will be instructed by Kakashi Hatake and will consist of Sakura Haruno, Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha and Misaki Harconna.” Iruka-Sensei said.

Everyone was quiet, including me. It felt like my heart had stopped, of course I’m with the Uchiha! Damnit!! I thought furiously. Calm down...This could be a good thing. Ryuu said slowly. What do you mean? I asked nervously. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer, don’t let that boy our of your sight. He said.

“Ok everyone, now I want you all to get into groups with your teams and wait for your new Sensei’s to arrive.”

I stood up and walked over to the wall that was next to where Sasuke was sitting, I crossed my arms angrily and leaned against it casually. This is going to be a train wreck...I thought nervously as Sakura and Naruto made their way over to where we were.

“Sakura-Chan!! Isn’t this great!! We’re on a squad together!!” Naruto said happily.

“Uh-huh, sure. Sasuke! Isn’t it amazing that we get to be on a squad together??!! It’s like fate or something!! Uh...Wait..Sasuke why are you looking over there?” Sakura said quietly.

I looked over to Sasuke, he was staring right at me, his cold eyes locked on mine. I stared right back at him quietly. “What do you want?” I said coldly.

“I want you to die, now.” Sasuke said emotionlessly.

Sakura gasped and put her hands over her mouth. “Whoa! Sasuke wait! You’re way out of line! What are you saying?” Naruto yelled.

“I don’t care what you want.” I said in reply, breaking our connection and looking at the door.

2 people had just walked in, a man and a woman. The man had black hair and sideburns that went all the way down his face forming a beard, he had a stupid smile and was smoking a cigarette carelessly. The woman had black hair and brown eyes that didn’t fit her face. She looked kind of scary as she looked around the room.

“Hey, I’m Asuma Saretobi and I’m here to pick up Team 10.” The man said casually.

“And I’m Kurenai Yuuhi and am here to pick up Team 8” The woman said.

I watched as the groups walked over to their new Sensei’s and left to get their first missions. No one else walked in to get us. We had been waiting and hour when Iruka-Sensei left, he had other work to do, he said. After another half an hour Naruto decided to trick Kakashi and placed a chalkboard eraser about the door frame so it would fall of his head when he opened the door.

Immature brat, I thought miserably, I got stuck with the worst squad in the world....

Suddenly the door opened and the eraser fell on a guy with gray hair that came out at an odd angle and curved to the left weirdly. When I looked closer I saw that the man had a face mask that covered the bridge of his nose down and went all the way down his neck. He wore his headband at a curved angle that covered his left eye so basically all you could see what his right eye.

He was quiet as the eraser his the floor. Slowly he stood up and looked at us carefully, “Yep...It was just as I thought...Your all idiots aren’t you?” He said slowly.

We were quiet.

“Alright then, follow me.” He said walking out the door again.

None of us moved at first. Finally I sighed and walked out after him, my teammates on my heels.
