The things you don't talk about

The things you don't talk about

A Poem by Mike
"

To the thing's most of us don't talk about

"
I want to know everything you don't talk about,
I want to know about everything you don't talk out loud.

In the silent spaces where your secrets sleep,
In the corners of your heart where shadows keep,
There lies a world untold, a story deep,
Whispered only to the night, in dreams that seep.

Tell me of the fears you hide behind your smile,
The dreams that drift like stars, out of sight, awhile.
The broken pieces mended with your quiet grace,
The tears uncried, unseen on your tender face.

In the silence of your soul, I wish to roam,
Through the echoes of your past, your secret home.
The thoughts unspoken, in the hush they gleam,
The hopes that flutter, like a fragile dream.

Let me see the scars that time has gently traced,
The battles fought within, the loves you’ve faced.
Share with me the echoes of your silent screams,
The wishes whispered softly in your quiet dreams.

For in the depths where words dare not go,
Lies the essence of you, the truths we seldom show.
I want to know you in the spaces between,
Where silence speaks and hearts convene.
