The Mystery LadyA Poem by Mike WolfeMy Valentines Day poem. For the woman I love...even if I don't know who she is yet.I don’t even know your name I have no clue if you came. How can I love someone this much When we have never even met? Why do I ache to feel your touch, When I don’t know who you are yet? I just want a glimpse of your face To feel the warmth of your embrace I’m tired of all this waiting I want to be under your spell It would help stop my debating To know you’re waiting as well Who are you? Please say you’re out there. I will find you, this I will swear. I want to see your lovely eyes, I want to hear your charming voice, But all I hear are my own sighs. I wait for you, this is my choice. I may not know you at this time: But for you mountains I would climb, No forest path would be too long, No walls that I couldn’t break through, No enemy would be too strong, As long as it all led to you. One day I’ll tell you in person, There is one thing I am certain Just as sure as the sky is blue I know in my heart I love you. © 2015 Mike WolfeAuthor's Note
