Winter's Vengeance

Winter's Vengeance

A Poem by Mike Scinto
"

Winter died laughing–

"

Winter died laughing,

his victory complete.

Humanity had persevered,

but victory was bittersweet.

Once we slew the beast of Snow,

we met its brother, Summer's Heat.
