A Shrouded MoonA Poem by Mike ScintoA wanderer muses to himself on a cloudy night.Too black is the night. Too heavy is the sky’s cowl. The moon is gone, shrouded in a blanket of grey. I know it is there" I see but the fainted halo behind the clouds. Yet that is not enough. In the darkness, I am alone. There is nothing to guide my path, no light to keep me company. Only the silent whisperings of the wind, and the stillness of a sleeping world. © 2014 Mike ScintoReviews
