California/Canadian

A Poem by Mike Michaels

Then was lost somewhere in the folds
Time and talking about rivers rushing
To the age of old, scross the grey and
Tumbling thoughts rattling around here
To there. Often frightening, can't bear
The weight still surrounds and crushes
Thoughts used to be direct, a traight line
That great mind eating the whole world.
