Disorderly Fashion

My brain is scrambled.

Disorderly Fashion
I washed the dishes this morning, dried them, and put them in their place.  I sat down and ate a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats with copious amounts of milk.
 "Silly me," I thought.
If only I had waited to wash the dishes until after I had eaten, all things would be in their place; clean and orderly.
Now the plate just sits there, milk dripping from it's lip, like an unkept child.
Well, there's nothing I can do about it now.

Short seemingly inane but terribly brilliant. You have struck upon the greatest flaw of human thinking … perceived helplessness and the mistaken belief that things should be perfect.

But you washed the dishes and had a nice clean bowl to eat your cereal out of.Now all you have to do is wash that one.
