Already Gone

Already Gone

A Poem by Koda

Anger, tears
Nothing seems right
Fear and terror
I wish it all was just a lullaby

Hidden, scared
There is nowhere to hide
Darkness and lies
Isn't it about time I die

Words and feelings
They take control
Nothing is fair
But this is reality

The depression and anxiety
Takes more faith and energy
To afraid to cry
To afraid to scream

They say all dreams
Can come true
But they forget to mention
That nightmares ate dreams to

another thought provoking piece.... i loved your use of words, the concept was truly brilliant... the ending was great as it says nightmares are dreams too.... beautiful.... full ratings mate... by the way you can edit that word 'ate'....
