Haunted By, Your Ghost

Haunted By, Your Ghost

A Poem by Midnight_Mask
"

About being with someone n feeling its not working. Slowly u turn into something ur not, hurting urself for no reason (in pain). Then when u finally work up the courage to say gdbye, u cant forget.

"
It seems we're fading away,
Time flies like the days.
Somehow you've droved me to this extent,
Mind on edge,
Starves instead,
Never asleep in bed.

Replaced with a scene,
Of staring at the person in the mirror,
Tear stained face,
Eyes a fascinating colour;
Torn from beauty and pain.

And if it hurts, let out a burst
And I'll sing, to the rainbows up above
I won't cry,
Setting down my knife.
I scream, to the Angels up above
Can't close my eyes,
Or say goodbye.

Haunted by, your dreams
They're building up,
I think they're just too much.
And as we whisper farewells,
The clock strikes twelve,
A new day starts.
I'm scared of the dark.
Haunted by, your ghost.
