Shooting Stars

Look towards the sky,

You see them stars,

One day that'll be us.

Shinning like we always have,

Leading people to their dreams,

Show them that they can believe,

That one day,

They can just look up at us and prey,

Make a wish,

That one day the pain will fade away.

Float towards heaven,

Become Angels so that they can repay it the same.

It's just not that easy to see,

How many people that dream,

To some day become,

A shooting star.

To influence others,

And to learn from their mistakes,

Grow and accept defeat,

At times we have failed at our achievements.
