Sweet little girl

Sweet little girl

A Poem by Bailee Raven
"

I based this off my best friend, who always smiles, shes so skinny you could rap your hand around her waste, i worry so much and i dont know what i can do! shes not allowed to come over, so i cant help her, shes not allowed to have fun, is she allowed to

"

Why do you smile,

sweet little girl?

Do you smile because you can?

Do you smile because you have a secret?

What is your secret?

Did you catch a butterfly?

Are you passing in your class?

Whats that you say?

You smile because...

thats alll your allowed to do?

Oh dear...

You say they starve you,

who starves you?

Your parents?

Your father and your step-mother?

oh dear,

oh little little dear,

come here,

let me help.

No?

your not allowed?

Oh dear...

Do shed a tear!

you have a right,

Whats that you say?

Your not allowed...
