Humans

Humans

A Poem by Matthew Jones
"

A poem.

"

Walk on the brink of my creations,

You man!

Feel the brush

Of the my streaking pen,

You man!

Bustle by,

Freeing the caps off of men,

You man!

Billowing up the curtain

To her mangled den,

Human!

Let it fly. Hands up.

Don’t be shy,

Woman!

Put a smile on your face.

Don’t deny,

Woman!

Erect Eros with your thighs.

Feel their dark and dirty eyes

Crawl up your skirt

Woman!

And down your shirt

Woman!

Let them molest, and caress,

And massage.

Like the rest,

Just persist

To dehumanize,

Humans.
