Summer Night

Summer Night

This is just a sample of what I'm working on, want to hear some feedback on it. Would be super helpful. Thanks

I took a step out the front door as the wind swept my straight black hair across my face. I couldn't help but notice the tense feeling in my gut, a winding feeling almost like those butterflies you get when talking to that one cute girl you just managed to meet.

Me being my usual self, paid no mind at all and causally continued off the front porch. I took a gaze into the sky and immediately noticed the normally star lit black sky was gone. In it's place was this ominous mixture of blood red and green behind a thick haze. I couldnt see the moon but could tell it was being illuminated by something. I started to feel anxious and decided to start walking at a quicker pace.

My head started to feel like it was being submerged in a tub of paranoia. Everything was sketchy, the way the street was empty, and how the trees swayed in the wind. Hell even I looked sketchy in my black hoodie and black jeans walking with my hands in my pocket at an awkward pace.

You just felt pure euphoria, summer bliss, upon your skin, and this is just a little hormon, seratonine, that comes and knocks on your door... but then the twist of sorts, that do make this Summer night rather anxious, and like a real life dream... I quite enjoyed this, I do love your way of walzing your words down to the page. Keep penning!
