This is my element

The lighting low

Real smooth and slow

 

There's a spark in your eyes

And a sway in your hips

Words quietly, invitingly

Walzing off your lips

 

 

Hear the crecendo now?

The one in the music so loud

Matches the flutter of my heart

As you spin me around

This song's pulsing through my veins

Like a fervent storm without rain

Or a thousand tidal waves

 

What pleasure compairs to this?

No simple rose given

Not even the deepest kiss

Could ever match the passion,

The love I've know my whole life long

Of a beautiful song

 

And you here with me

Dancing all alone

Well thats the most perefect dream

I shall ever hope to know.

favorite poem I've written? ahhh hahah Idk I've written quite a few... hmmm I like "World of Dreams" for happy poems I've written and either "Dance of the Damned" or "Reflection" ooor "Lost but not yet found" for depressingish/dark poems I've written
