Impossible to love

Ha maybe its true

No matter how much I try

It seems I'm not able to

Either I say to much

Or not enough

Running away

Leaving him in the dust

Because with all my issues

How could I trust

Him to hold on to this hurricane

I keep telling him I'm wrong

If he leaves I'd take the blame

I'm not worthy anyway

I say I want this love

My charming prince

But after years

He's still taking my happiness

Hurting others 

Seemingly hoping to hurt myself

Cause thats all I know with this stuff

I know this feeling very well and often why the idea of relationships continue to scare me. Either I give too much or never enough...I'm always stuck in between and never knowing what else to do. Soon, I stop caring because I feel I've done all I can for that person, when really I need to trust myself and let them in.
