Let it rain
Let us drown
Into a new form of reality
Wash away all illusions of sanity

Go out and dance
Go ahead and sing
Inspired by the madness and beauty

Let yourself go
Throw away your strife
Let the cool water
Wash it down the drain
This is your day!
Don't let conformity take that away!

Be free like the birds
Swept away by the wind
Who care if your "only a man"
Get caught up in the liberty
Say goodbye to the dull and mundane
All you have to do is take a chance
And dance in the rain ♥

My friend and I were exchanging poems and he wanted one about the rain (and I'm very don't feel like you have to conform to society's rules to be accepted so I came up with this) haha Enjoy! God had the glory for all I write and may He bless you <3

I love this (: it brings back memories of some amazing times with my bestfriend, dancing and screaming in the rain, running around the neighborhood in our bathing suits for hours on end.. hahaha, anywayss..

I like the way this is set. Who cares if your only a man go and dance in the rain. There seems to be alot of dancing oin the rain poems at the moment. I have a piece called The Dancer in The Rain. God created us as individuals abale to make and create history we are born foir such a time as this some are poets some are writers some Singers some are dancers but all are called to do a few crazy things like talk to Kings and Build Boats and even Dance In the rain Great Job nice to meet you on the Cafe
