That God finally healed my broken heart

We'll just be friends

Though he wouldn't dream of ever hurting me

nope done be friends..thats just a wedge to be used to check in on you. if ur still single he will make u jealous if he has someone new...or u will be jealous if he finds someone new

As for suggestions, I think you could find a more original way to say "we'll just be friends," catch the reader's attention maybe :) but I love the feel of your words, triumphant, sort of :)
