Life PollutionA Poem by MickeyJoyEnvironmental poem.
Light pollution is life pollution and
humankind has left its scar Burnt orange clouds made of trash leaving you breathless With complete man-made, artificial beauty replacing the deep blue sparkle of space Pain-filled waters plead for pity from the Texas-sized mass of plastic Convenience pardoning us from guilt, while the mysterious matter muddles waters once so unsoiled Never will skies be the same Never will rolling hills recover from the tar scraped across their skin Never will inhabitants cease to expire from impact But at least your car was not too damaged. © 2015 MickeyJoyAuthor's Note
