I Haven't Seen the Future

The hopes I have for my future, my faith.

 

Have you ever felt so confused...so undeniably confused.

Things are not as you expect them to be.

Times change and people change.

What happens when the decisions that you make have a thousand outcomes.

I could think of probably one million reasons why to cry right now.

Still I could find probably also one billion reasons to smile.

Smile at myself, smile at the world, smile at the circumstances.

I want to be the one that writes her own screenplay and knows she can change the ending a thousand times.

Nothing is ever gonna be the same, I can't go back to the past, but who would want to when I havent even seen the future.

Nice.... I don't think that anyone should consider possibilities and think things over and over. Just live for heaven's sake. Make your today to a nice past to remember and your future a nice today to live. You can't change the ending millions of times. And even if you could, you would have to choose only one to live. Take a step to the future with your eyes shut.... It's so nice not to know everything. You'll have time to take a good look at your past....

I like the passion you capture in the voice of this poem. You also present the duality of the mind and the recurring frustration quite well. I have felt this same way on many occasions, so this really spoke to me.
