A Poem by Michelle Lauren

I met a cicerone today
He was of a reddish glow
I mean he was practically smoldering
I swear!

He led me down a long yet timeless corridor
He turned upon facing two doors
Obdurately he conveyed .... ‘choose wisely’

I did not.

We may not like our now - it can really hurt. But few can follow the lay-lines of tomorrow's paths to even get a clue if they can handle the other sides of "what if's". We make choices - often by gut or emotion and with no thought at all of realities. The only thing we CAN do is accept responsibility for DOING something - right or wrong and learn to do better with the next choice - as best we can.
