Autumn's Kisses

Autumn's Kisses

A Poem by Michael Lopez
"

changing seasons like changing feelings....

"

Autumns kiss,

and with the cool breeze that follows...

Fall paints its picture,

while waiting for a starry eyed sky...

That the rain drips with wet,

and my tears never reach the ground...

The undying happiness,

that mixes with the pain...

So I sit here,

plucking petals...

Do you hear me,

as I wish for you...

That I stare up in the sky,

wondering why and hoping for my suprise...

Do you hear me, as I wish for you... excellent emotional "frame" - it is like a picture taken out of the sudden, freezing the emotions that we feel in a given moment, making them eternal...

I liked this poem with its varied emotions. I guess much like the color of leaves this time of year. Great work!
