Losing Control

i was lost, but you saved me...

My darkness lashes out,

when the light takes control.

A last ditch effort,

to overcome what once was.

Sadness cries,

when watery eyes tear.

Never knowing,

an understanding lonliness.

That resides,

when heaven dies.

Voices not my own,

heard by you and me.

To a degree only some can see.

Only to feel deep down,

that I was never the one.
