The movements of two people.

Being in love,

but never giving their love.

Conflicts of opinion,

and personal ideals.

Keeping each other away from another.

Unable to have their compromise,

or let their guard down.

That is why they will never fall in love.

Both having the biggest hearts in the world.

But will never let anyone near it.

These are just a few pains,

the heart seem to endure throughout a lifetime.

yes, just a few of the pains. i liked this - the idea that people were made for love, and good at love, but will never really know it because of not letting anyone close enough to their hearts.

great job

Stubborness prevails!!! It awful to let love slip away. Inner battles hold back feeling. I enjoyed this!

How true, how true! We are overly possessive in our lives, creating hardship daily for our lover and ourselves. Discipline is so hard-loved this poem; good luck.

without the clip I heard music, I think because of the word movement in the first line, I always associate that word with music first. Quite beautiful and sadly true. Open yourself up just gets you stomped to the ground though.

I think this is really beautiful, and so true...we get so caught up in "is this the right thing to do?" etc. blah blah blah...that we cease to see each other for who we really are. People push away love all the time, and I think you've captured that here, thanks for the poem!

I like the ofetn overlooked insight but deliberate and obviousness of all of it.
