The DebrickingA Poem by Michael KikleWanderings through sandy landscapes Led me to the edge of this high Mountain. It is the tallest mountain, Whether here or there.
I see madness from this mountaintop. I see the gargantuan giants whom debrick Your walls, your homes, your families. These colossal beings do not pay mind to I,
For I pay lesser mind to them, Whereas most humans have been paralyzed By such monsters. Those beings, when Glancing toward me at time and time,
Smirk, for they and I know my Whispers have become faint with time. The crowd covers their ears when such Warnings are spoken. Once these
Colossal beings trample through the lives They've worked eversolong to craft, They keep their ears shut now, to Tune the hard times out. I tried, oh, yes.
The giants once told me their names. There were many, yet they seemed to Follow one after the other. The name Of the furthest from the frontrunner was "Hate".
Hate was the largest of his brothers. I believe him to be the eldest, as well. © 2014 Michael KikleReviews
