How much admiration can my limbs show?

I bid Love ask, with loving faith to quell

More subtle and divine than any joys yet

How from the object of my love

The entire world seems more favoured too!

There is no pinnacle of feeling

Love simply inherits, wife to daughter

From one to the other, of elemental service

That fills even my bones with a blissful ease

How much truth can settle in one human heart?

That I melt for virtues and efforts

For my family near & dear, counting on me

O more than moon, spheres and purpose itself

I live gently for this, tenderly walking home

Pregnant with felicity, for the bounty of a full life

Between the beasts and Gods, my soul caresses

The art of forms, the sun spent in my labouring heart.

Hey Ken, yeah just revisiting some old poems of mine on here. Something akin to a lost account.

I'm finally back on. I'm here to stay. Hope your still on.
The photo made me look at the poem in a whole other way. This is a beautiful testiment to the love that lives deep inside all of us~ even the cynics.
Some find it in religion, some in the smile of a child, but others in the eyes looking back at them from across the altar, the eyes looking over at them in the morning from beside them on the bed.
I truly loved this piece, the simple love. So many use old metaphors and cliche adjectives to describe it. You surpassed that. Amazing work.

There is no happiness more blissful than the joys of contentment. Peace be with you, my friend.

This is so lovely, I really enjoyed the words you paired together for example "elemental service" and "pregnant with felicity". Well penned, thank you for sharing.

Beautiful photo and words. A wise man is thankful for the good things in his life. Like the description in your poem. Life will grow and if we are lucky. Happiness will continue to grow too. No weakness in this amazing poem. A very good ending to a excellent poem.

This is incredibly well written. I'm normally too cynical for such sweet poetry but I was charmed by this.
