Others Perception

Others Perception

A Poem by Bobbi

Changing our lives is what we do all of our lives.

What we really see in ourselves is not what others see in us

Sometimes we see no reflection

Sometimes we see a slanted smile with empty eyes

Sometimes we see love and life evolving before all the make up comes off

Everything is covered with our perception.

Believe someone if they say you are beautiful

Believe someone if they say you are handsome

Except the kindness of others and reject the haters

Love yourself and your life

Look in the mirror and see what everyone else sees, they see you...:)

Nicely introspective, and in my opinion, quite wise. It's hard to know what others see in us and we may be surprised when we find out. Sometimes it's good, but other times, not. I've heard it said that we are our own worst judges, and I believe it's true. I think you meant to say, "accept the kindness....."
