A Mortal RelationshipA Poem by MetaphantomAwareness of everything in a relationship, that it really is you that wronged yourself, literally. Our
love is like a bird trying to land on a cactus, Not
easy to stand when the earth shifts off its axis, Cause
your earth is the fact she birthed this angel, And
every bit of your imperfect, wish you could untangle, Staying
is worth it, figure out that you make the excuses, Cause
you don’t want to feel useless and the truth is, You’re
not, you just think you are, so conversing won’t get too far, Can’t
reverse the past, but continuing to rehearse it only get you scarred, You
take the road you know best in the mind, no obstacles, Feel
like you are woke, it’s a joke with a third eye shut no optical, Running
through the forest at night, senseless with anxious tensions, In
need of a sanction, so I can rejuvenate and change the previous mentioned, Insane,
drained and relentless, act trained with a brain racing, That’s
manic, now panic, now depression to retracing steps and pacing, Wound
up, down up down up, until it crumbles your structure, Sound
stuck, grounds touched now what, rock bottom landing troublesome ruptures, Crush
your being, your spirit and body and mentality, been sent out of me, Recognizing the reality of even if this is a simulation or dream its mortality ~ © 2017 MetaphantomAuthor's Note
