So outraged,
Disgusted at what I see
The venomous,
Words spewing from peoples mouths
The senseless violence,
Mass hysteria, chaos it creates

Living in an age,
Where it would seem
Long forgotten,
Are the days of serenity
Respect for one another,
Acts of civility

The glaring hatred,
Burning in these cowards eyes
Morbid gratification,
Watching people suffer
The eyes of hate,
Silently judging us all

Sickens my heart and soul,
Having to witness the unrelenting hatred
Savage brutality spawned,
By peoples prejudice
A world that continues to breed,
Intolerance

Discriminating against,
Those who differ from you
Whether it's color,
Sexual orientation
Religious beliefs,
Political views

The glaring hatred,
Burning in these cowards eyes
Morbid gratification,
Watching people suffer
The eyes of hate,
Silently judging us all

Like a ton of bricks,
Your ignorance comes crashing down
Crushing their spirit,
Never showing signs of remorse
Laughing uncontrollably,
As the tears stream down their faces

People of authority,
Abusing their powers
Coercion,
Manipulation
For personal gain,
No matter who gets hurt

Our own government,
Turning a blind eye to the truth
Ignoring the warning signs,
Can't they see the writing's on the wall?
The enemy has full access,
Everything needed to perpetrate their crimes

Brutally executing,
Innocent lives at will
Cowards behind masks,
No fear of retaliation
Poisoning the world with lies,
Fragile minds with false hope
