The unheard child.

The unheard child.

A Poem by Mary

And there she lay's dead,
her child is unheard!
And there she lay's dead,
leaving her child in the land of sorrows.
And there she lay's dead,
mother-less, oh..child you are,
the apple of his eyes!!!
And there she lay's dead,
the red wine dripping from her arms,
her child weeping in her breast!

He takes her away......
He was her super hero!
He she loved the most.
Her world, Her universe, her everything.
She was just 8 back then.

And today she enters womanhood!
The man cherished, so did she.
she was 15 when he made her feel what a woman was like?
she was crushed and crumbled;
Her heart swimming in the land of sorrows.
In vain she looks at herself,
Disgust is what she see's, Hawks at her body,
for a man who she admired, has turned to be evil.

At 18, she was abandoned.
Her stomach bulging out,her roars being heard aloud!
Alas! she lays dead.....
The cry of the infant is heard,
And there she lay's dead,
Her child, unheard!!
