What is it called?

What is it called?

A Poem by MernaElHennawy

What is it called?
When lumps compile in your throat and promise you to imprison your tears, but your tears are rebellious -just like you- and manage to break free, anyways.

What is it called?
When you look in the mirror and see a volcano in your eyes, and lava is running through your veins, not blood.

What is it called?
When your bones are shaking so hard that you think an earthquake is you.

What is it called?

When the water inside you is changing from a lake to a tornado, and your fragile body can't cope with that.

What is it called?
When your mind is like canvas colored with so many thoughts, but you wake up one day and find that the colors are all mixed up that you can't paint anymore.

What is it called?
When your pen and notebook conspire against you, and your words don't flow.

Wow! This is awesome. I really enjoyed the imagery here and comparing physical emotions with things we all know. Very gorgeous take!
