The day I almost....

Mini story over my first encounter with a cop. Was new at driving. This is for Just for fun contest

Oh that fateful day!

How can I forget!

It felt great, driving on any road.

I prided myself in 

Not breaking the law.

I was getting lunch,

Went for a drive,

And will you believe,

My driver's license 

I left behind!

Well, passing a school zone

I was as happy as can be.

Then all of a sudden, a man I see

In the middle of the road.

Ah, I thought, a crossing guard.

I started slowing down, in order

To let him cross the road.

All of a sudden, he starts 

Waving his arms, and I honk 

And wave back, signalling

For him to cross.

As I drew nearer, he started 

Jumping up and down...

I was bemused at such sight

And was slowing to a stop...

I did not understand why 

He wouldn't budge...

His eyes went wide and 

He reached into his side pocket..

I started worrying if he was 

Mentally well when I saw

Him signalling to someone

Off the road. OMG!!

He's a cop! 

As his partner drew a gun

And aimed it at me!

Got a speeding ticket of course...

And a reprimand as well.

Poor guy actually peed himself,

Thinking he was gonna die.

Lol, what a day!
