BLUE WATERS

BLUE WATERS

A Poem by Mockingbird

as you surround yourself
in the warmth of blue waters
feel the silky waves envelop you
in the depths of
an endless ocean

this gives me the sense of being overwhelmed. there is such a thing as "too much of a good thing". it also reminds me of the irony: how something beautiful as silk can be deadly.

I wish i could know the meaning of these wordings...I watched the movie Deep Blue...but its all about love for surfing ...and the thrill of a surfer going through a pike. A wave encapsulating the surfer...Its every surfers dream.

as Barrie Joy said...there is total serenity in this poem...falling into the depths...letting peace wash over us.

nicely done and quite concisely.

Gorgeous imagery that captures one to succumb in the arms
Of the comforting serenity of the ocean's waves, renewing one's
Peace of mind, body and spirit. Lovely write, thanks for sharing :)

My mind goes many directions.
The ocean is bountiful and comforting, yet also dangerous and beyond terrifying...
Blue is the sky, the water, and also sadness and music and lingering blood drying under the skin.
Interesting.
