Solitude

Solitude

A Poem by Meraki

I'm tired,

I'm tired of people.

I'm tired of situations involving socializing

God,

I'm so tired,

Of stupid problems

With people too sensitive to think straight

Now,

I'm a hypocrite

Not that I care

I'm just...

Tired.

So,

Many people.

Too, many people

No more,

Make it stop.

please?

I doubt that it is people that weary you, but the wickedness present within society elicited by people who ooze their sin without care. We are all tired of this, and yet, we are all apart of the problem. Solitude, therefore, is merely an illusion shared by all humanity too silent, too frightened, too disgusted to share a truth that would wipe away the vile outpouring of souls wandering toward an eternal darkness where solitude becomes the only true existence. So, I ask you, what is the truth to wipe away sin and connect our hearts outside of disillusion?

Yes, yes, and yes...but if never stops does it? We ache, we plead. we curse and bleed our thickest tears, but it never stops. Raw and real, a nice creation from the soul, dear poet.

If I had one magical minute I would, perhaps, fade away into blissful nothingness.

I've come too close to that before. I've had my fill of nothingness.
