Challenge me

Challenge me

A Poem by Meraki

Challenge me,

Not games on heartstrings
Tell me something
To turn my suit of armor inside out
Exposing red flesh and bone,

Explore my mind for years to come
And never tire in your expedition

Until you find me
Cowering in the corner of this world
The core of my shell

Don't save me,

You can't.

I am wild
Not free,

Illuminate this world
In colors I've never seen

Open me,
And see the raw bits of soul
I can't feel

Challenge me.

I want to see it all.

ooohh! I love thiss!
it made me feel all the feels
the way you write is alluring
it says "challenge me"
with the tone that says
"I'm challenging you"
the verbiage is so strong
I even like the shape of the poem
beautiful work

Thank you :)
Explore my mind for years to come

And never tire in your expedition

that's so good. What everyone wants, I think. Me anyway. Beautiful lines. All the right words.
