The Colour of loveA Poem by MemoriaHow love can change swiftly without much explanation.
The colour of true love is more black then red
Dark with many complications with words not said Once your heart is broken it will never mend The walls keep growing to new heights, which will never end The luxury of a honeymoon period is to feel out of this world Completely adored and cared for Loved so much your head swirls A huge smile is upon your face Gleaming so gleefully with grace Excited about spending time with the one Your walk has a new stop and screams out, "My new life has begun!" Until you start to run in fear of the relationship being gone Comfort is awkwardness now Trust vanished without an explanation of how Standing still with nowhere to go With anger left inside to rot you away
