And I never left mine in Ohio

My heart is locked forever

where I would always rather be

Around the warmest hug

and the softest kiss

within a tiny town we call home

Hardly big enough to be known

Far away but still in mind

With those who are one of a kind

Blessed am I to have such a place

For troubled minds to be erased

To know true love is set in a space

Where everyone has a smile on their face

So I’ll never leave my heart for too long

Since my love is in these summer songs

Think of this as an extended stay

For ill be back home someday

I miss you and you’re not forgotten
