As Alice

I once fell out of time
In a space I thought was mine
With your hands in my hair.
There was not time
For fear to enter the mind,
You just took me there.
In an instant
I was bent,
My back an archer's bow
As you snuck in -
Somewhere between my skin
And my armor of existence.

Nice meeting you Alice.. Ah, the name was not Alice, I remember you say that. In fact the name was never mentioned. In just twelve short lines you have expressed a whole world of emotion. Somewhere between my skin- this is intense, daym! It made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. It is amazing how one person can knock us on our feet. In just a heartbeat, we find ourselves in the edge of reason. I know how it feels, I am always there, dang it:)
