Surviving The NarcissistsA Poem by MelobldnfrSurviving The NarcissistsSURVIVING THE NARCISSISTS 08/24/17 In my mouth's a rotting dumpster Of all the corpses I have kissed. If that line makes you uncomfortable, You outta see the list. Back then My best love Was a scar upon my wrist. But that's okay; I've made one more day, Surviving the narcissists.
Everything you describe Sounds like me, Sounds like me. Everything you describe Sounds like me, Sounds like me. Well, poke me in the eye! Sounds like me, Sounds like me. Everything you describe Sounds like me, Sounds like me.
Too busy to be civil, I watch you spite your nose and bleed. Never mind that you've planted a voice in me And it grows like a weed! I see the you in me, I see the me in you. Which in this moment Is particularly painful; However misconstrued.
You're being used, being used, Being used like ice in a glass of tea! What to do? You're being used, being used, Being used, being used, And you beg for more, Like sweet to a tooth!
Where is the justice? Where is the crime? Can we make a march for this? Collect some numbers, Maybe some dimes? Perhaps promote a class? Get back to the basics that save? Or paint a preventative in ink on my back Like a stone with your name?
Everything you describe Sounds like me, Sounds like me. Everything you describe Sounds like me, Sounds like me. Well, poke me in the eye! Sounds like me, Sounds like me. Everything you describe Sounds like me, Sounds like me.
