Dark Icecapades

I.

My hands are tied.

I know not by which

Rule to abide

I am a toothless

Monster in the moat,

Deemed compassionless

For compellation of adheration

To a plan.

The days creep by

Expediently.

Instinctively I await

The sun,

Yet must stay

For your ability and

Command.

II.

My eyes salivate

sadistically in a festival

of chortles at the sight

of her insolvent

resignation.

Her wallows in the bog

of my addictive charisma

define romanticism's

sour mash of

mass appeal and

defective apples

from the tree of

good and evil.

Reviled by her peers

for a redundant sensitivity,

they fail to observe

the distance I am

capable of shearing

with the mouth

of one malnourishment

appeasing night.

III.

Ye of little, to no, diplomacy,

That I could strip even your

Cellular memory

Of whatever originally e'red you

So many years ago

Around the haunting hour of

4 a.m.

That you are all blanket blasts,

Elbows, and scissor kicks

Whilst I try to sleep.

I distance for peace

And protection.

You are not weak,

And I treasure my noggin

And extremities.

IV.

Sarcasmatron!

Forging pointed rhetoric

in your implicit alchemy of

slumber and drowse,

no portal is impenetrable

to the juggle of my jade

from my account to yours.

I blow a shade of white noise

into your ear

and appoint myself

the exalted extent

of every shred of human

nature you compile

like a burnt thesaurus.

Welcome to my nightmare
