Today I want to play ...

     Toes in grass,

     Swing a bat,

     Swords like kings...

     Wild 'n country,

     Tip my hat,

     Hide-N-Seek with the cat.

     Rolling cars 'n cycles

     Powered by Thing.

     Throwing mud balls in the air

     And beneath them twirl and sing.

I cannot say the last I

felt this way.

At first, I thought ... it's 'bout romantic nights of her life where she likes playing and all rolling down with her softness, but as I scrolled down more words, I came to know, it could be 'bout her romantic nights / 'bout her dreams, but it's 'bout her 'peaceful' and 'frivolous life more than nights where everything comes down to her feet to make her smiley. I must say, you wrote it with many flavors or ingredients of your creative thoughts. Very clever. Liked your work!

Thank you. I used to be quite symbolic, but have come to writing more straight forward. At the time, for the first time in a long, long while, I was feeling childlike and playful in my life. My inner child was feeling safe. Whatever the reason. So I wrote about it. I thought it made for a bright happy note, and sharing it may carry light across to others.
