The Pool

The Pool

A Chapter by M La Mellz
"

This chapter is based on John 4 KJV

"
There is a song that I really like and it is now
became one of my favorite song.
This song shows up in my heart frequently
when I'm feeling down and troubled!
Than when I sing this song, my hopes are
revived!

It says "Seasons for everything, you may
Cry, you may Mourn, you may Wheep, you
may be Sad, Don't dispare cause Joy comes
in the Morning!"

Okay enough about me, let us go to the Holy
Book of God! John 4:4-7 KJV

"4. For an angel went down at a
certain season into the pool, and
troubled the water: whosoever then
first after the troubling of the water
stepped in was made whole of
whatsoever disease he had. 5 And a
certain man was there, which had an
infirmity thirty and eight years. 6 When
Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had
been now a long time in that case, he
saith unto him, Wilt thou be made
whole? 7 The impotent man answered
him, Sir, I have no man, when the water
is troubled, to put me into the pool: but
while I am coming, another steppeth
down before me."

You know, It is sad that we are living in the
times where each one of us has hundreds
of neighbors but we can only recognize a
few and we don't know non of them
closely, why?
It is because of our Pride dresses that we wear in these times of
independence.

Verse 7 says "The impotent man answered
him, Sir, I have no man, when the water
is troubled, to put me into the pool: but
while I am coming, another steppeth
down before me."

Mind you, the Bible says in verse 3.
"In these lay a great
multitude" and YES "of impotent folk,"
The Bible says some were "of blind, halt,
withered, waiting for the moving of the
water."

Do you realize that everyone who was
there around the pool was a neighbor of
this man? And even those who came in and
got healed while he was there, they were once
his neighbor, waiting there with him but they left him there
suffering?

Brethren We are living in the world that is so
full of sin and we are impotent because of
sin. But as impotent as we are, God placed
neighbors on our nearest doors and He
didn't end there.

He than placed a commandment that we
shall love our neighbors as we love ourselves!
As much as we want to get in the pool and
get healed, likewise with our neighbors, they
are impotent as we are and also want to be
saved, and I believe that there is noway we
can do that besides loving one another
because God said so.

In these times of Independence, God still
teaches us how to love and how to obey!
God will always make sure that you need
someone that is next to you.

You see the person that is sitting next to
you right now? Is your brother, your sister, those
people are the ones who will adopt and
raise your child when you decided to that baby in the
bin!

They are same people who will raise your kids
when you and sweetheart are no more,
when your kids are given a name
"Orphans", they are ones who become their parents and
their lovers without any doubts!

The person that is sitting in front opposite or
back opposite, that person is your future
business partner, your Lawyer, Doctor, even
your Counselor.

That person may be your Brother in-law,
Sister in-law, Mother in-law, Father in-law,
Husband, even your Wife, a Mother of your
kids!

So brethren, don't disrespect someone that
is sitting next to you, young or old, male or
female, love and respect that person for we
are all of a blessed Hand of God!
