I'm the worst at jumping to conclusions.
Then all of my illusions create a world of confusion.

What's going on? It's so hard to understand.
These thoughts are like wading in quicksand.

Just relax and ride out the wave.
But I'm a slave to my mind and at times it can't be tamed.

What's going on? It's so hard to understand.
These thoughts are like sinking in quicksand.

And I'm gonna pull myself out with a rope that's not there.
I reach for nothing every time, it seems so unfair.

Then I realize the light in me.
It empowers me to live and just be.

What's going on? Now it's crystal clear.
The cloudiness is gone and solid ground is near.

I likes this one.. This one is more like a conversation, like a journey. I loved the line - "But I'm a slave to my mind and at times it can't be tamed. ". How true. Our minds can sometimes go beyond our control (even our hearts). It is always important to believe in ourselves. When there is no solution outside, we should perhaps look inside ourselves.
