A Mourning Breakfast

A Mourning Breakfast

A Poem by Mellinic

Mourning in the morning
Bacon and eggs
My head hangs at a sloop,
Drowning in my coffee droop,
I die and go back to sleep

The world won't hideaway
Only i can nestle in my room,
Be Safe within my womb and cry it all away
My eyes bleed tears and feed my fears
oh after years and years
...This mourning just won't turn to the sunny side of day
