Kitty, Kitty where can you be?
Are you swimming with the fish of the sea?
Are you out chasing butterflies and bees?
Kitty Kitty where are you? I can't see.
Oh, now I see you, you are playing peek-a-boo,
with me, hiding under that tree of bamboo?
What are you hiding under there? Is that my shoe?
Kitty Kitty where are you now? I am so blue without you,
for I can't find my kitty named Boo-Boo.
No that wasn't him under the tree of bamboo
Where can he be? Maybe he is up a tree,
afraid to come down because of the bees
Kitty, Kitty where can you be?
I have looked high and low for you.
There you are! Fast asleep in my house shoe
with dreams of the fishes in the sea.
