To You:

To You:

A Poem by MelissaRocksDuhh
"

About a recent ex-boyfriend. I hope you know how much you truly hurt me. & Here's a little something for you to think about.

"

To You:

Your eyes did entice me;

brown pools of love.

Your eyes now disgust me;

windows peering into your evil soul.

Your voice did sound like an angel;

mellifluous and loving.

Your voice now makes me cringe;

Every word a distinct lie.

Your love used to make me melt;

Emanating from every fiber of your being.

Your love now makes me laugh;

Why? Because what I thought was true love,

NEVER WAS.

I believe that I spelled mellifluous wrong. Sorry about that. Criticism is greatly appreicated :)
