The Sun Dips Low

The Sun Dips Low

A Poem by Melissa Kesead

The sun dips low

and the winds doth blow

the words of professed love

to distant shores

to lay upon the ears of

innocents who are ignited

by the passions of the

ancients and profess their

love so that it may

be carried for eternity
