Time

Time

A Poem by Melissa Kesead

Seconds pass, moments dance

before the eyes of time

Phrases click, letters form

words begin to rhyme

Bravenss conquers frightened hearts

love starts to unfold

Heroines demure and sweet

heroes growing bold

Fables born in ancient hearts

pulse their way to now

Fury and determination

bead on furrowed brow

Strangers holding stranger hands

standing on a beach

Fingers stretching, not quite touching

others within reach

Lessons learned way back when

are being learned again

Mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers

looking for a friend

Seconds pass, moments dance

words have always rhymed

Phrases click, letters form

are we losing time?

I defiantly prefer Spirit Mother but this is well written aswell. This gives less of a meaning across and more a poem on the title. If you understand what I'm saying. This is good just not your best.
