expiration date

expiration date

A Poem by Crimson Rose
"

you find that evrything in the world has an expiration date, so how would you act when that days finally come

"

i find that i am suffocating

not quite drowning but something more

the weight on my chest

a burden with no regret

the noose on my neck tightly worn

I find that my lung are burting

spurred by my increased blood flow

my blood is still churning

yet i find that im yearning

something that will never grow

I find that my eyes are hazy

a dream turned into a foe

a beam of light trickles in

but my brain ceased to function

the light is now null

i find that im close to extinction

a timer goes off in my head

reaching a fools expiration date

i find that im finally dead
